MSDIS Holding has once again increased its authorized capital. Thus, the authorized capital of the company was increased to 2,572,500 manat.

On January 5, 2021, the company’s authorized capital was set at 250,000 manat.

It should be noted that the increase in the authorized capital was carried out in accordance with the general development strategy set on January 5, 2021, and the growth was expected in the companies and enterprises belonging to the holding.

Strengthening the market position of the holding and ensuring its financial stability allows to increase the authorized capital of its enterprises.
